Benchpts is the live NFL props picks + fantasy points app. Compete in live props picks before and during Thursday, Sunday & Monday Night Football by simply swiping picks as the NFL game happens!

Each pick is awarded points based on fantasy points rules.
Example - T. Brady throws +2 TDs —> worth 12 points (6pts per touchdown throw) or R. Gronkowski +5 receptions —> 5 points (1pt per reception). Other picks may be a straight up pick em’ or over/under pick worth 5 points each.

Challenges run Monday-to-Monday ending at midnight Eastern Standard Time after all games that day are complete. All users points are reset to zero after the Monday Nighter and the next NFL week begins!

How to play:

1. Picks are presented prior to and during an NFL game and prop picks are pushed to the benchpts app throughout games. Swipe—> Yes (right), No (left) or Skip (down).


2. A correct pick wins points.
An incorrect pick, loses the points.
Skipping a pick results in no penalty—> Play your strategy accordingly*

3. Check on your selections throughout games. See where you went wrong or right in Your Queue. Points reflect on the leaderboard after theyve been graded.
